Vietnamese Celeb Ngoc Han - Miss Vietnam 2010

Dang Thi Ngoc Han was crowned Miss Vietnam 2010 at the finale held August 14th in Ha Long City. Ngoc Han is 21 year old and stands 1.73 m. She is currently a student of Hanoi University of Fine Art.
The first runner-up was Vu Thi Hoang My. The second runner-up was Dang Thuy Trang.

Miss Vietnam 2010 Ngoc Han is under heavy criticism from Vietnamese people for not being at the final ceremony of the 1000 anniversary of Hanoi in the My Dinh National Stadium on October 10th. The reason for her not attending is that she’s got a traffic jam. Her justification has been criticized heavily from Vietnamese audience.

Her justification is not acceptable, they said. Ngoc Han is said not to represent Vietnam at Miss World 2010 currently underway in Sanya, China because of busy preparing for the 1000 anniversary of Hanoi. However, she was not present at one of the most important event of the anniversary.
